Taking time to care for ourselves is essential, but it’s not always easy! Between busy schedules, stress, and the pressure to always be ‘on,’ taking time for yourself can feel selfish or like a challenge most days.

Join us for COFFEE, as guest speaker, Dr Charlotte Eliopoulos guides us through exploring the real struggles behind taking time for ourselves and discussing practical ways to make it a more natural and sustainable part of your daily life.

Registration required as it allows us to plan for seating and snacks. This is a free community women's event. Donations are appreciated to help us continue spreading God's hope and keep COFFEE brewing!
