VOICES OF HOPE CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend the Voices of Hope Conference on October 24–25, 2025, please review our cancellation policy below:

    •    Cancellations made on or before October 3, 2025 will receive a full refund, minus a $15 processing fee.

    •    Cancellations made after October 3, 2025 are non-refundable due to contractual obligations with our venue and vendors.

    •    You may transfer your registration to another guest at no additional cost. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing by October 15, 2025.
