The hotel has a shuttle to and from the airport operating on a 24/7 basis. Free parking is available.

Our Meeting Times:

Friday: 5:00PM to 8:30PM with dinner provided by the ministry

Saturday: 9:30AM to 4:00PM. Lunch will be provided. Dinner will be on your own.

Sunday: 9:00AM to Noon

A fee of $10.00 is requested to help assist with the costs of the food/snacks provided.
